For bib shorts or bib tights, we recommend sizing up — freedom of movement is key. For jerseys it comes down to personal preference: size down for a tighter fit, or size up if you prefer more comfort.

A race fit is intentionally shorter and closer to the body. It's designed specifically for the riding position — so if it feels slightly short when you're standing, that's completely normal. Once you're on the bike, it will fit perfectly.

They should hug your skin closely, keeping the chamois in the right position while still letting you move freely. They shouldn't pinch or bunch — if your movement isn't restricted, the size is right.

It should sit right on the edge of your shoulders without pulling under the arms, and stay snug at the waist to keep the back pockets stable. The shorter front length is intentional — it's a race cut, optimised for the riding position.
